This Website is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using this Website, you confirm you are capable of entering into a binding agreement and will engage with this Website only for lawful, respectful, and non-harmful purposes.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including branding, text, images, graphics, digital products, templates, systems, and service frameworks—is owned by A.J. Cofer and protected under United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, resell, or publicly share any content, strategy, or downloadable product without written permission.
3. Services Provided
We currently offer the following services:
3.1 Guided Arc Build — $1,111
Includes:
• Funnel setup (1–3 pages)
• Email automation setup (welcome or nurture sequence)
• Domain & pixel integration
• Tracking & analytics setup
• 7-day post-launch support
• Full walkthrough video
3.2 Guided Arc System+ — $1,777
Includes everything in the Guided Arc Build plus:
• Additional funnel page(s)
• Expansion of email sequence (7–10 emails)
• Additional workflows, tagging, and CRM setup
• Internal resources (PDFs, guides)
• Extended deliverables as described on the service page
3.3 Direct Brand Partnership (Monthly Retainer)
The Direct Brand Partnership is a collaborative, story-driven visibility service in which A.J. Cofer acts as a creative brand storyteller. Content is integrated organically into A.J.’s own platforms to give brands ongoing exposure inside a values-aligned, aesthetic, narrative environment.
This partnership focuses on subtle, non-sales-driven brand presence through emotionally resonant storytelling. It is not an advertising service, and no paid advertising or campaign management is included.
Partnership Deliverables (Tier 1: Story-Driven Partnership — $1,250/month)
Each month, the brand receives:
• 2–4 story-driven content pieces, created and published by A.J. Cofer
• Light brand integration woven naturally into the content
• Narrative alignment within A.J.’s established creative ecosystem
• Reposting rights for use on the brand’s own channels
• One quarterly evergreen feature (long-lasting, timeless content)
This partnership is designed for brands seeking quiet, consistent visibility inside a soul-led creative space.
What Is Not Included
• Paid ads
• Ad management or campaign optimization
• Guaranteed sales, conversions, or performance-based outcomes
• Product photography outside the content pieces listed
• Additional or rush content beyond the defined monthly deliverables
Service Scope
Clients understand that:
• Services are limited to what is explicitly listed in each package.
• Any requests outside the package scope may require an additional fee or separate agreement.
• You are responsible for providing timely access, passwords, brand assets, and information needed to complete your project.
Billing Cycle (Direct Brand Partnership)
The Direct Brand Partnership operates on a recurring 30-day billing cycle.
The first payment is charged on the date of enrollment, and subsequent payments are charged every 30 days thereafter. The service renews automatically each month unless cancelled in writing with a minimum 30-day notice.
Payments cover the content and services delivered during each billing cycle and are non-refundable once the cycle has begun. No pauses, partial refunds, or mid-cycle cancellations are permitted.
Cancellation Policy (For Direct Brand Partnerships)
Clients may cancel their monthly Direct Brand Partnership at any time with 30 days written notice.
The final month of service will be billed in full and delivered as scheduled.
No prorated refunds, partial months, or mid-cycle cancellations are permitted.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
4.1 Payment Structure
For all build services (Guided Arc Build & Guided Arc System+):
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your project date and begin any work.
This deposit covers onboarding, preparation, scheduling, and initial setup work. It is non-refundable under all circumstances.
• The remaining 50% is due before final delivery of any completed assets, walkthrough videos, or editable files.
No final deliverables will be released until full payment is made.
For monthly retainer services (Direct Brand Partnership), payment is due at the beginning of each month unless otherwise stated in writing. Retainer payments are non-refundable once access, strategy, or content development has begun.
4.2 Refunds
• All deposits are non-refundable.
• All digital products are non-refundable.
• Build services and retainers are non-refundable after work has begun.
If a client cancels, pauses, or chooses not to continue the project at any time, the non-refundable deposit is retained to cover time, preparation, and blocked scheduling. No partial refunds will be issued for incomplete services due to client cancellation, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required assets.
If you are unsatisfied, we invite you to reach out so we may discuss a resolution, but refunds are not guaranteed.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information
• Respond in a reasonable time frame
• Supply required materials (copy, assets, branding, logins)
• Approve or request revisions promptly
• Utilize the system delivered in the way it is intended
Failure to provide necessary materials or feedback may delay the project; deadlines are not guaranteed if the client becomes non-responsive.
6. Limitations of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding income, sales, leads, or results generated from the Website, systems, funnels, or services.
You acknowledge that outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including:
• your marketing efforts
• your niche
• audience behavior
• marketplace shifts
• your consistency
The Company is not liable for:
• loss of business or revenue
• delays caused by third-party platforms
• errors due to incorrect client information
• user misuse of any system
All services, strategies, and digital products are provided “as is.”
7. No Professional Advice
Nothing provided in our services or products constitutes medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
All decisions and actions are undertaken at your own risk.
8. Third-Party Tools
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:
• GoHighLevel
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

• Stripe
• Squarespace

We are not responsible for:
• outages
• platform changes
• data loss
• service interruptions
• account-related issues
You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and subscriptions.
9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service due to:
• abusive behavior
• refusal to pay
• violation of terms
• inappropriate communication
• misuse of systems
• actions that impact our ability to complete the project
If termination occurs due to client behavior, no refunds will be issued.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Updates take effect immediately upon being posted.
Continued use of the Website or services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be handled in Texas courts.

All logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Any testimonials, business outcomes, or examples are personal experiences or client examples.
